Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide initial solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.
Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client
needs.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed commercial offers.
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with accurate and competitive pricing.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends.
Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and sales teams.
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Support in addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
