Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Objectives:
- Meeting with the product design team to determine product testing parameters.
- Writing test plans and creating test cases for the product.
- Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the new testing procedures.
- Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
- Writing up the final QA and test procedures for the quality technicians.
- Training the quality assurance staff and providing technical support when needed.
- Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
- Preparing test reports for management.
- Presenting the Pump Performance activity in front of Inspection Agencies.
- Knowledge of Pump Testing Standards is Must.
3. Knowledge of International/ISO standard of Pump testing.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience on all modules of Pump types
- Candidate with experience in data management projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with good knowledge Pump Testing &Mechanical design principles and manufacturing knowledge.
- Candidates with analytical mindset, and collaborative mindset will be preferred
- Candidate with good process adherence and ability to work well with Team is preferred.

- Quality, OTD, Process adherence, technical value add to projects, Documentation of projects.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years’ experience on Pump Testing Bed
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal)
Mathematical: Basic Mathematical principles
Computer Skills: Expertise in Pump testing and inspection Software,
good understanding of MS Office is added advantage.
