Service Engineer

Job Description

• He should be capable handling a service team, customer queries and to be able to manage customer’s expectations appropriately and recommendation from customer.
• Co-ordination with customers(internal & external), service administrator, Lead Engineers Multi- tasking, team building, developing people and delegation
• Monitoring on daily basis to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customer’s reasonable satisfaction
• Daily activities include but not limited to
• Manpower deployment
• Evaluation & approval of spare requisition with respect to info. & technical and forwarding
• on same day and tracking of requested part
• Site spare parts inventory update& defective parts return with fault tags.
• Maintenance of daily complaints logs capturing every aspect of CM that include engineer,part utilized, time taken to complete, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
