Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to drive international sales across GCC countries and the USA. The role involves managing end-to-end export sales, client engagement, and documentation while expanding the company’s global footprint in mechanical equipment (pumps and related machinery).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand export business in GCC countries and the USA markets
  • Identify, generate, and convert international leads through emails, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Handle international business communication with clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Prepare and share proforma invoices, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems with regular updates and

follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) for smooth order execution
  • Handle freight and logistics coordination for export shipments
  • Conduct technical-commercial negotiations with international clients
  • Build and maintain strong dealer and client relationships
  • Track sales performance and ensure target achievement
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade norms

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 3–7 years in export sales / international business (preferably in pumps,

machinery, or industrial products)

  • Exposure to GCC & USA markets is highly preferred
