Job Description

1. • Location: SAUDI ARABIA (DAMMAM, RIYADH, JEDDAH) & BAHRAIN
   • Department: SALES

2. 2. Job Purpose

Core job responsibility to supervise or manage customer and market and make sure and do the right follow up the objectives & goals set by the management is achieving within the policy & procedure.

Identifying & establishing the opportunities.

To monitor the performance of his region to achieve the goals, and make sure to get the required support from the top management.

3. Key Responsibilities

4. • 1. Responsible for planning, developing and achievement of sales budgets.
   • Responsible for managing and developing the Key Customers and general business
   • Responsible for co ordinating with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing departments and to achieve the set objectives by the Company and to implement the company systems
   • Responsible for Managing, Training and Developing the customer force.
   • Ensuring effective sales of the products at right customer at right time.
   • Responsible for managing the Credit control policies
   • Conduct the individual meetings with customers

Skills and Qualifications

5. 5. Required Qualification

MBA or Mechanical Engineering

6. Experience Required

7. • 10years Saudi Arabia Sales Experiences with Valid Saudi Driving Licenses, and good knowledge of Saudi Arabia Dewatering Pumps Market
   • Valid own Saudi Arabia Visa and Iqama is an advantage.
