As we continue to expand our business across domestic and international markets, we are looking for a Growth Manager who enjoys solving business challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and working directly with leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer on strategic business initiatives. You will help identify new business opportunities, improve internal processes, support digital transformation projects, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and working on diverse business projects, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the execution of strategic business initiatives across different functions.
• Identify and research new market opportunities, industries, and customer segments.
• Build and maintain business pipelines for domestic and international growth.
• Coordinate projects related to exports, OEM business, digital transformation, and business expansion.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analysis for management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Improve business processes through automation and data-driven reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Support leadership in special projects and new business initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Strategy, Consulting, Growth, Business Development, Founder’s Office, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
