Cosmos Pumps offers efficient dewatering for all applications
handling clean, dirty, and semisolid water with top discharge, variable flow, and solid management up to 12 mm.

450-2250 LPM

1400-8200 LPM

350-3500 LPM
A dewatering pump removes accumulated water from construction sites, mines, tunnels, and flood-affected areas where passive drainage is insufficient. The Cosmos CDW submersible dewatering pump series handles 450–8,500 LPM at heads from 15.5 M to 200 M (standard through ultra-high-head configurations), passing dirty water and suspended solids up to 12 mm in diameter continuously without clogging.
CDW Series — Quick Specification Reference:
| Model Variant | Head Range | Flow Range | HP Range | Primary Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CDW Standard | 15.5 M – 86.5 M | 450 – 8,500 LPM | 1.5 – 50 HP | Construction sites, basements, highways, shallow mines |
| CDW High Head | 40 M – 140 M | 350 – 2,200 LPM | 5 – 75 HP | Tunnels, mid-depth mines, hydro projects |
| CDW Ultra High Head | 90 M – 200 M | 50 – 200 m³/h | 50 – 120 HP | Deep shaft mines, major tunneling projects |
All CDW variants: handles dirty/muddy water, suspended solids 4–12 mm, SG up to 1.1, pH 5–8.
The CDW is part of the Cosmos submersible dewatering pump range, which also includes high-head variants (CDW-HH, CDW-UHH), non-clog (CNC), sewage (CSW), and slurry (CSL) models.
